DESCRIPTION: My wife, Linda, observes as Iwano-san's son carefully brushes each sheet onto a board for drying. In this instance, six sheets per board (three per side) are adhered and it takes longer than you would expect -- a minute or more for each sheet -- very delicately and carefully performed with a soft brush not dissimilar to our familiar mizu-bake.
