  Press bed in place and frame leveled
Here's a photo from last night after installing the bed and leveling the press in place -- closer and closer!

This is great what you are doing here. I am also interested in seeing your method for wet packing your papers. One thought hit me as I looked at the legs on the new baby. With movement I worry about them little by little getting a soft. How about some more support at the bottom such as a bottom shelf to link all the legs and give your some space to put whatevers?
Anyway this is my off the top comment.
Good work and it is always good to see people keeping the art alive,

Mike Lyon (b. 1951) is a father, husband, visual artist, & karate teacher. He is driven to make stuff. Lately he has been making Japanese woodblock prints, furniture, drawings and other stuff. He and his wife, Linda, play violin duets and perform with the Kansas City Civic Orchestra. They have raised five wonderful used-to-be children, Cecily, Max and Allegra Lyon and Andy and Scott Goldberg.
